I think our individual freedom has restricted in the last decades more and more. The second part of the nineteenth century was dominated from liberalism. When the Swiss federal state was established 1848 only three hundreds people worked fort he state. Today it must be over hundred thousands. This high number is to the transform from a liberty state to a welfare state. With that process our freedom was restricted inevitably. For exmaple hardworking individuals has finance people who doesnt want or like to work. Or everybody who lives in Switzerland must conclude a health insurance. Or someone who earns more has to pay more taxation. Of course such thing are (solidarity Adjektiv), but on the other hand this robs our own freedom.
To eradicate the past isnt only illustrated in the novel, but also current today. Recently you heard from a British priest, who denied that the holocaust happened. Dou you know the motives for this action? (ist eine Frage
..)
By eradicating this knowledge completely would only make it easier to do again.
But in my opinion it false to say cloning is something bad and should be banished general. For example cloning can contribute to supply enough food in the future when the population number grows. Or can use to heal any diseases
