| Aufgabe | Write down what you liked best about Scotland and where you would like to go if you could go on a holiday to Scotland.
Scotland is a fascinating country .I would like best to go to the Highlands and visit the Highland Games where the strongest and fastest men had to be found as body-guards or messengers for the king. I would enjoy to watch putting the stone, throwing the hammer, tossing the caber, running, jumping, playing the bagpipes and dancing traditional Highland dances.
I would visit the Edinburgh military tattoo where about 600 people perform for about an hour and a half, marching up and down the square accompanied by military music. And I would like to test the Scotch whisky
which only can be made in its unique distilleries. |
